JetFur is not responsible for delays, additional costs or unsuccessful applications resulting from incorrect, incomplete or late information supplied by the customer.

While JetFur makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current guidance, customers remain responsible for ensuring that all applicable import requirements, airline policies and travel conditions are met before departure.

Many aspects of pet travel rely on independent third parties, including airlines, transport providers, government authorities and Official Veterinarians.

Approvals, permits, flight acceptance and regulatory decisions are outside JetFur's control and cannot be guaranteed.
